Yes, you can pay with your credit or debit card and still be covered by Buyer Protection. If you don't have a Paypal account, or aren't logged into Paypal, you're given the option to 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card'. See picture below. Enter your details as requested. It's safe and secure.
The delivery charge is automatically updated each time an item is added to the basket. The cost is based on delivery location. There are three shipping zones: UK, Europe and the rest of the world (ROTW). Prints are sent by Royal Mail First Class post within the UK and Royal Mail Airmail to Europe and ROTW. There's a flat fee, regardless of the number of prints added to the order.
Framed prints are sent by courier: DPD cover the UK and Europe. UPS handle deliveries to ROTW. As with the print
delivery pricing outlined above, a flat fee applies regardless of quantity.
If your order consists of a print and framed print, you will be charged the framed print rate only i.e. no extra charge for print delivery.
All payments are made in GBP (pounds sterling). To assist non UK customers I've added a currency converter to the online
shop that can be set to display two additional currencies: Euros and US Dollars. The conversion amount displayed is automatically updated every 6 hours so you can rely on it to give a very close representation of the actual amount that
will be deducted from your account if you proceed with your order.
For other currencies, I recommend the converter at www.xe.com
Prints are usually ready to ship within 2 working days of receiving your order. UK delivery takes a further 2 working
days i.e. total time taken from placing order: 4 working days.
Print delivery to Europe takes 3-5 days i.e. total time taken from placing order: 7 working days.
Print delivery to ROTW is by Royal Mail Airmail. Estimated time for delivery: 7-14 days.
Framed prints take 5 working days to prepare. Once they are dispatched, UK delivery is next working day. Europe: 3
working days after dispatch. ROTW: 5-7 days after dispatch.
Tracking information is provided for all Framed Print orders once they've been dispatched.
It's a matter of resolution. Some of the images on this site were made with an 8 mega pixel DSLR. That effectively limits maximum print size to approx A3, otherwise image quality would suffer.
At the other end of the scale, some of the images from the Nobody's Home exhibition were shot on a large format film
camera, using 5" x 4" colour negative film. The negatives were professionally drum scanned @ 4000 dpi. The result is a
digital file equivalent to 320 mega pixels. That allows me to make extra large prints with incredible levels of detail
e.g. the exhibition print of Green Room measures 79" x 48".
In short, I've purposely chosen the sizes listed to ensure each print delivers optimum image quality.

Due to the large number of options (frame styles, colours and types of mat boards etc), it's not practical to build all
of those choices into the online shop.
Most customers who prefer their prints to be framed in the traditional way, purchase the print only, then visit their
favourite picture framer to choose mount size and colour, along with the frame style.
My preferred way to display my prints in 'ready to hang' format is non-glazed. E.g. the print is borderless mounted (full bleed) onto either a qooden board or aluminium dibond panel. If you're interested in going this route, get in touch via the CONTACT FORM for more info and pricing.

The online shop automatically selects your country as the default shipping address (based on your IP address). However, if you wish to have an order sent elsewhere, select the destination country via the 'CALCULATE SHIPPING' button. When you 'UPDATE TOTALS' the new shipping cost is displayed. This is the amount you will be charged when proceeding to the checkout.
Make sure you enter the correct shipping address on the Paypal payment page.
